The investment round for our PropBond Germany 6 has now been successfully closed!
We are pleased to announce that Investix has successfully completed the sixth investment round of our successful project-related bonds, PropBond Germany. Our investors will now receive an annual return of 6% for three years and a 6% bonus at the end of the term upon exit.

- Fixed interest rate of 6% p.a.

The funds are invested in German residential real estate and secured through a combination of mortgages and share pledges by the independent securities trustee CorpSec Trustee GmbH. The effective investment date started on July 1, 2017. The interest during the investment round was calculated pro-rata at 6%, so returns were generated from day one.
