Criteria for location selection
InvestiX places great emphasis on sustainable value appreciation potential when selecting locations for real estate investments and prefers B and C locations. In these areas, entry prices are often more attractive than in established and usually high-priced A locations, and the potential for long-term value growth is greater.
A growing or dynamic population indicates increasing demand for housing and economic stability.
InvestiX focuses on locations with robust economic structures and future-proof industries that remain stable even in economically challenging times.
Good connections to public transport, highways, and supply facilities enhance the attractiveness of the location and increase the long-term property value.
Why invest with InvestiX?
Because we know the real estate market
Convincing reasons for collaboration are essential. Especially in areas like investment, competence and added value must be clearly evident.

Berlin Brandenburg – A metropolis in Central Europe
Berlin, often referred to as the “New York of Europe,” currently has around 3.5 million inhabitants. This makes the German capital the second-largest city in the EU. Rents and cost of living in Berlin remain low in the long term. Berlin’s employment growth is stronger than in any other German city, placing it at the top of Germany’s economic rankings. Berlin is highly sought after, driving rental demand and rents upward.
Brandenburg – The gateway to Eastern Europe
With major north-south and east-west trade routes, Brandenburg serves as a hub in the new Europe and is equally a gateway to the expanding markets of Eastern Europe. To leverage this ideal location, the region has developed a state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure, particularly as an aerospace cluster with over 70 industrial companies, including Deutsche Lufthansa, MTU Aero Engines, and Rolls-Royce Germany.
- Over 6 million inhabitants
- Berlin and the capital of Brandenburg, Potsdam, together have around 4.46 million inhabitants
- Between 2011 and 2016, the number of employees subject to social security contributions increased by 18.6% – the economy is booming
- Berlin's population is expected to grow by another 10.3% by 2030

- Currently, only 1.2% of rental apartments in Berlin are vacant; in Potsdam, the figure is also 1.2%
- With an average of €10.10/m², Berlin rents have risen by 33.4% in just five years
