Our tips for increasing your capital returns in Germany
In 2017, our Investix team worked non-stop. During this time, two residential projects worth over €15 million were completed in Berlin and Hannover, and three new projects in prime locations in Dresden, Leipzig, and Mainz, worth over €26 million, were finished. Additionally, we acquired new multi-family houses on behalf of private investors, as they wanted to take advantage of the stability of the German real estate market and the low interest rates, and holding mortgage-financed multi-family houses offers an excellent investment strategy. None of this would have been possible without our professional team on the ground in Berlin. We will continue to invest in our employees and management systems to deliver even more effective, transparent, and result-oriented outcomes for our investors.
