PropBond 7 is now open for investments

We are pleased to present the 7th edition of our successful product, PropBond 7 – a short-term German real estate bond.

Due to the continued demand from investors, as well as the stability of the German real estate market and secure economic development, Immorendix is confident in its ability to continue issuing corporate project bonds to international investors and achieving high returns.

As an investor in PropBond 7, you will receive an annual coupon of 6% over a 3-year term, as well as a fixed bonus of 6% for closure in 2022. This results in a fixed return of 24% during the three-year investment phase.

The start date is July 1. Don’t miss the opportunity to benefit from stable income from the German real estate market. The minimum investment is €100,000 (€50,000 for qualified investors).
