Maxim Apartments in Dresden – Walls completed, the roof is being built!

InvestiX accelerates the construction schedule for the Maxim Apartments and has completed the underground garage, outer concrete walls, and most of the ceilings. By the end of January, we expect to finish the final work on the concrete structure and, weather permitting, begin the roof.

We can’t wait to invite all the happy owners to visit the project and their chosen apartments. The project will be completed by the end of 2020.
