Investix team went to Dresden to celebrate the traditional Richtfest of our new build project – Maxim Apartments. Traditionally, it is celebrated on a construction site as a gesture to thank everyone involved after the last nail has been put into the roof structure. As one of the oldest building traditions in Germany, Richtfest is still cultivated and preserved in modern times. Our managing director, Marco Knoblauch completed the ritual of nailing the last nail into the roof to preserve this tradition with the intention to bring happiness and blessings to the builders and to protect the house and its future residents from harm.
