Funds are invested in German residential property and secured through a combination of land charges and share pledges held by independent security trustee CorpSec Trustee GmbH.
The effective date of investment started on 1st of July 2017. The interest during the rising period was calculated on 6% pro rata so you start earning money from the day you invested.
