EOS NOX

ImmoRendix had developed a new build project in Lichtenberg in East Berlin. ImmoRendix took full control of the project, by being on the board of the project development company and overseen the entire development process from initial concept to delivery of the properties. Its sister company, EURIX Makler were managing the sale of each individual apartment. Construction started in the summer of 2015 and was finished in summer 2017. The project consisted of two high-quality residential buildings with 32 apartments and 7 penthouses and is located only a 15 min drive from Alexanderplatz, the main centre of Berlin.

We co-developed with a professional team of German property developers, architects and engineers, delivering a high quality apartment complex located in a green residential family suburb of Berlin. The growing shortage of properties in Berlin allowed us to complete the apartment sales in record time and now the lucky owners have received their keys and continue to enjoy their new homes.

Every apartment in EOS and NOX have two side orientation with a windows facing main street and inside garden. The brand new apartments has an advanced heating system, double-glazed windows, underfloor heating, car spaces, common relaxation area and storage units. Equipped with balconies, terraces and ground deep windows it gives generous light during a day and open plan layout allowed buyers to create their own inside layout based on personal preferences.
