Located in the quiet residential middle class area it has good transport connections to the city centre with a tram line only 5min walking distance from the property. A key investment factor with this portfolio was the unique mortgage conditions. 80% loan to value, with 1.85% fixed interest rate for 10 years and 3.5% capital repayment means that the cost of finance is very cheap making sure that the mortgage can be paid back quicker.
