Robert is responsible for preparation and finalization of financial statements of the companies and property performance data analysis and makes sure all Buy-to-let projects matches our criteria before the acquisition and during investment term. He is in daily contact with lawyers, banks, notary’s, and government departments ensuring the smooth and timely acquisition. Robert works closely with the property management and Asset management teams with continuous analysis of the performance of each apartment block and development projects and prepares reports for the fund managers and marketing team.

Denise targets the best-qualified people to work in Investix. She is head of human resources and her daily job is to manage, create, implement and supervise policies, create objectives, KPI's and necessary regulations which are mandatory for every employee and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. Denise oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and consults senior executives on strategic planning. She serves as the main link between an organization's management and employees.

Michael started his career at Investix as a property manager, however, his operational skills, education, and knowledge about Asset management quickly become his strongest asset in becoming full-time Asset manager. His main responsibilities include undertaking rent reviews and negotiating better deals that add value to the assets and implement strategies to improve the operational and financial performance of the portfolio. Michael is closely working with Property managers and maintenance team and produces regular reports to fund managers and clients.
Linda Madisone
Marketing Manager
Linda has been working as our marketing manager since 2012. Since then she has helped to develop and deliver multiple Buy-to-let property and passive investment products to the international market. She is responsible for managing the company website, product expose and various online and offline marketing activities. Linda also works closely with the Asset Management team and Administration to manage client requests, assure timely delivery of property performance reports and consults Russian clients in their native language about their investments.

Colin joined the company in 2015 as General manager to oversee and structure internal company processes to improve performance, communication and oversee the target completion across multiple teams within the company. His extensive background in Real Estate management and banking operations ensures the highest standards have been implemented for property and investment operations. Colin works closely with sales and marketing teams and consults new high-net-worth clients about German property market specifics, tailors individual investment requirements and makes sure the investment delivers investor objectives.

Kristin is the heartbeat of the company who knows everything about anything you might want to know. She is the central point of contact for every person in the office and her excellent problem-solving skills ensures all departments are running smoothly and any issues are resolved in minutes. Being the right hand of the senior management she is also involved in keeping tracks of each and every property investment, ongoing contract fulfilment, administration tasks and provides executive support to senior management team.

Rouven has been involved in German real estate since 1992. With his extensive contacts with German banks, lawyers and real estate brokers, he is responsible for sourcing the best
property deals in the market. His team is also responsible for completing all the due diligence prior to purchasing a property and negotiating bank financing terms with all the leading financial institutions. In recent years, Rouven has overseen the purchase of over 100 residential apartment blocks and supermarkets and also manages multiple development projects across Germany.

Andrea is the first point of contact for her part of property management portfolio, which in total consists of over 5,000 tenants from 2500 properties under management. Her job is to collect gross rents and pay utility bills for tenants, inspecting vacant units and handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints and even pursuing eviction or unpaid rents. In total our property management team deal with over 150,000 individual tenant transactions per year. Thanks to their experience and knowledge our rent reviews are always in line with each region regulations and market rates.

Andreas has been with Investix for over 5 years and as a leader of the Property management team, he has a very good understanding of people as well as properties. He manages regional offices in Germany making sure properties and tenants get the best care and attention. Andreas sets the individual goals for property managers, making sure that all managers collect gross rents on time, the utility bills are paid on time, unpaid rents are kept to a minimum, and tenant requests are taken care off. He also keeps a record of rent activities and regularly submits financial and occupancy reports to Asset management.

Sabrina is our queen of the occupancy rates. Her main responsibilities is to minimize losses for investors from any vacancy, which includes advertising apartments on local rental platforms, selecting prospective tenants and conducting interviews, issuing and signing rental contracts and negotiating terms, collecting deposit payments, initiating corrective actions and cancelling leases if necessary. Sabrina also works closely with rental agents of different regions. She provides regular vacancy reports to the head of Property management and Asset management and assures vacancies are kept to absolute minimum.

Madleen is responsible for rental accounting for properties located in East – Germany. Her main responsibility is to make sure all payments from tenants are received on time. She is also are responsible for tracking all incoming gross rents, dealing with utility payments, processing security deposits, setting up direct debits and ensuring unpaid rents are immediately processed with preventative action. She is working closely with Property managers on tenant running costs to ensure that the gross rents we receive balances with the payments we have made to utilities on behalf of the tenants

Denise works as a part-time accountant where she helps accountancy department to deal with over 88 companies within the group making sure that accounts are done on time. That includes completing payment transactions, submitting yearly balance sheets to company register, preparing financial statements for external tax advisers and assuring that accounts are optimized and complying with German tax laws.
